Flight Information

Rides are $350 per person. Cash, Check, or Venmo are accepted the day of flight.

Passengers must be able to climb into the basket for the ride and be in good physical condition and without injuries. The pilot reserves the right to refuse passengers for safety reasons.

Ballooning is extremely dependent on weather conditions, which makes it difficult in a place like Nebraska. Flights can be cancelled for weather reasons in the days before, or at any time up to launch. Passengers of cancelled flights will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We don’t ask for any payment or deposit before a flight, but appreciate prompt payment in full upon conclusion.

To reserve your place on our passenger list, download the Passenger Information Form from our Passenger Documents folder. Complete and return the first page. As flights are scheduled, the point of contact for each passenger group will be contacted in the order the forms were received. Meeting times will be set for approximately 30 minutes before dawn, or 2 hours before sunset. If you are not available for a flight offered, please respond so we can offer that spot to the next group.
